You’re invited to join a 10-minute virtual breathwork session on Zoom. Come as you are and breathe your way to calm. All you need a quiet (enough) space, a comfortable place to sit and an open mind. Please check back for the Zoom link to the virtual room.

Breathwork is a wonderful practice that uses intentional breathing techniques to calm the mind, reduce stress levels and promote relaxation. The goal is to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping the body shift out of flight or fight and into a state of ease. Even just a few minutes of guided breathwork can improve mood and enhance overall well-being.
